The Bold and the Beautiful fans saw that Hope is finally realizing that there are some serious issues in her life. She’s happy that she’s married to Liam and that they are having a baby, but it’s finally starting to sink in to her that this man is not just committed to her and their unborn baby. He might be at the appointment with her and they might be seeing their baby together, but the fact that he knows the doctor well since it’s the doctor who helped him for 10 months when Steffy was pregnant with Kelly is a problem for her. It’s a reminder that she is not the first one to give him a baby, and that this baby has to share his or her father with another baby. It’s a small feeling of unhappiness in the moment, but when he left the appointment and went to go be with his other baby and Steffy, Hope was more than a little disappointed.
In her mind, this was a moment for them to spend together bonding over their new baby and seeing it for the first time, but he bailed the second the appointment was over to go be with Steffy. And even though Steffy has already made it clear she’s not at all interested in being with him, Hope is very much reminded that she and her baby have to remember that there is another baby he already has with Steffy, and they have every right to spend time together raising their own daughter. She’s not loving this dose of reality, and we predict this will only get worse. The more she wants to be with him for her own pleasure and it’s put to the side because his baby needs him is going to bother endlessly.

Spending time with his daughter is his new favorite thing to do, but that doesn’t seem to be something that makes his wife happy. Hope and Liam have a long road ahead of them, and she’s not handling his role as a father very well. But, we don’t care because we love seeing the baby love that’s going on around here. Baby Kelly is all the things in the world we love, and we need more of the baby!

Brooke never seems to know when to keep quiet about anything, and we are going to see her open up about her feelings with her sister and Bill. She’s not on her sister’s side in this situation, and that’s not a big surprise. She would defend the man who threatened her sister, slept with Steffy when she was married to Liam and he was married to Brooke, and is now telling her own sister that he is going to sue her for full custody and win by bringing her own past into the situation. She will defend Bill to her own husband, her father-in-law, and her mother-in-law, and we guess none of them are going to be all that fond of her opinion.
Liam is making another decision, too, and that is not something that is going to make his wife happy. He will leave as soon as Hope’s ultrasound is over so that he can go give Steffy a hand with his daughter, Kelly. Hope wants this moment to be a special one for them, but he has realized as a new father that his has to be there for his daughter first and foremost, even if that means sacrificing his time with his wife. He doesn’t get to move on and live his life while his baby’s mother does the work and he visits when it’s fun and convenient. He gets that, but Hope will struggle with this as the time moves on. She’s not happy about this decision, and it will be known.
