Young and the Restless fans are loving Nick and his new personality. Well, except for those who hate what he’s done to himself. It’s been a rough road for him. He’s always been somewhat of the outcast brother in terms of being second best to Adam. He’s lost his wife to his brother and his father in the past. He’s had some issues with his finances and his father. He’s had issues with his son. He’s had a lot happening to him over the past few years, but he suddenly came into his own and he’s taking no prisoners as he walks through is life with everything he’s got. And one thing he’s got is a big chip on his shoulder when it comes to Billy. There is no love lost there, and we loved watching him offer Billy a chance to make peace. He offered him a truce, but it’s even better to us when it comes after the fact that Billy learned Nick is now his landlord.
What kind of peace offering is that? And the fact that Nick is sleeping with Billy’s girlfriend makes it even more of a mess. And then there is the fact that Nick’s own daughter, Summer, is working on taking Billy from her own mother. Nothing about any of this is good news for anyone or anything or any of that. There are issues to work out, and we just cannot handle anything that’ s going on. Summer got Billy to announce that he is, in fact, attracted to her. That wasn’t shocking to any of us, and we can all predict this very specific future, can we not? They will not wait much longer before they take things to the next level and cause serious problems. And that is something we promise will happen to them.

Oh, the fans are excited about Rey being in town. They cannot handle the new welcome into town. Rey is here to shake things up, to cause problems, and to find himself in the middle of what we are sure is going to be a very uncomfortable love triangle. He’s young, he’s hot, and he’s making sure that he keeps everyone on their toes. We are ready for what he has to bring, and this is just a sample of how we feel all the men in Genoa City must feel about him these days. It’s amazing news for us.

Oh, Billy. You need to get it together and let it go. You cannot sit around and allow what is going on to go on. First and foremost, Summer is entirely too young for you. Her mother is your girlfriend, so that’s another smallish problem you might want to consider, too. There’s too much for you to lose, and you need to let it go. But, he won’t do that. He’s stuck where he is because he likes where he is. He’s in a place that allows him to feel good about himself and about his life, and he loves what is going on. He’s attracted, the signs are all there, and he is not putting a stop to any of this.
But we will also see that there is going to be a lot more. Rey is here. And the focus there is right on the happy couple. Rey wants to make sure nothing good happens to or for Nikki and Victor and their newfound love (again) for one another. They are in a bad situation, but we predict they will see it coming and put a stop to it. Nate is here, and he has something he needs to tell Vicky. He will contact her and want to speak with her, but we don’t know that she is in a place where she is willing to or wanting to listen to him in the least. We shall see, and we do think that it should be quite interesting to see it all go down around here.
