Young and the Restless fans still can’t quite figure out what is going on with the whole friendship that Phyllis and Hilary have decided they have, but they are growing closer every day. And now Hilary and Phyllis are even fighting for one another. Phyllis is going to decide she wants to see her new bestie with Devon again, and she’s going to do whatever she can to make it happen. We hear she has a plan that might bring these two back together, and that is something very interesting.
And we aren’t sure what we feel about that, either. We don’t know if this means they will find a way to get back together on their own without knowing she was behind it or what, but we think she is about to put herself in the middle of her new friend’s life without thinking twice about any of it. It might seem like a good idea in the moment, too, but we have to guess it might not be that great of an idea.
And why not? Because when people get into the middle of other people’s business in this show, it never goes well. It doesn’t happen nicely, it doesn’t make people happy, and it doesn’t always work out. And this might fall apart, or it might just work. Either way, we know that there is a chance she might make it happen and spend too much time focused on her friend than on herself and her own problems.
