People who watch Dancing with the Stars should have no problems recognizing Lindsay Arnold, who has been on five seasons of the TV show so far and is participating in the current season while partnered up with Jordan Fisher. The closest that she has come to winning the competition was in the last season when she claimed second place alongside David Ross with an average score of 32.3, which was preceded by a couple of 3rd place finishes, a 4th place finish, and a 8th place finish in her very first season. As a result, it will be interesting to see whether Arnold can take the top spot this time.

When Arnold was 18, she participated in So You Think You Can Dance. She managed to make it to the top 8, but was eliminated at that point. With that said, Arnold managed to impress the judges with her versatile dancing as well as her presence on the stage, which paved the path for her future success as a professional dancer.
She Is Rather Selective When It Comes to Drinking Water
There are a lot of people who are rather selective when it comes to their drinking water. This is not surprising considering the sheer number of stories about contaminated drinking water out there, but there are some people who take this to something of an extreme. For example, Arnold is so selective about her drinking water that she will drink nothing but Arrowhead Water, which is named for a natural rock formation that can be found out in the San Bernardino Mountains situated close to where its first source is still located.
Sticks Her Tongue Out When She Is Mad
People can have some rather hilarious reactions when they are overcome by their emotions. According to Arnold herself, she tends to stick out her tongue as though she was still a child whenever she gets mad enough to do so. Likewise, when she gets either nervous or stressed out enough, she starts picking at her lips.
Afraid of Spiders
Speaking of which, Arnold is afraid of spiders. In fact, she is so afraid of spiders that she can’t sleep in her own bedroom if she happens to catch sight of one in said location. With that said, arachnophobia is one of the more common phobias out there, though the exact reasons are unknown. Some scientists have speculated that it might have originated as an evolved instinct because spiders were a serious threat to our distant ancestors at some point. Curiously, people with arachnophobia actually perceive the arachnids as being not just closer but also larger than they are, which has some rather interesting implications.
Married Her High School Sweetheart
On a final note, Arnold is married to her high school sweetheart, with whom she has been together since their high school prom. On one occasion, she has recounted a charming story about their first kiss, at which time she was so nervous that she almost ended headbutting her future husband.
