Days of Our Lives fans still have no idea what might happen to Brady. His gunshot wound caused some major damage to his body thanks to Xander and Deimos and their evil plan, and now his body is rejecting his new heart. He’s got to have another heart as quickly as possible. Kayla is doing everything she can, but she just can’t bend the rules for him yet again. She was unauthorized to give him the heart she harvested from Daniel more than a year ago after the car accident they were in together. She went through so much when she made that decisions, and now things are just going awry for her. She wants to help this man, but she just can’t until a legal heart appears.
What we will see before he slips into his coma later this week is Brady taking the time to say goodbye to his family and his friends. Watching him as he says goodbye to his father, John, is going to break all our hearts. It’s not going to do much more than cause us all to cry tears of heartbreak as they bid their farewell. He’ll also want to speak to Marlena. She is the love of his father’s life, and she’s been such an important part of his own life. He’s been able to spend time with her, and she’s worked so hard to make sure his father was able to be here for this.
What will really kill us all, though, is the moment he will say goodbye to his own son. Tate has no mother anymore since Theresa left, and all he has is Brady. Will he be able to say goodbye to his father, or will Tate break down? He’s going to be taken care of, of course, but he wants his father. This is slated to be the most emotional moment on television this week, and we can’t imagine what this family is going through as hope seems slim. A new heart won’t just appear, and it seems that this might be the real end for Brady.
