Louis C.K. stopped by a couple of late shows this week to promote his new stand up comedy special from Netflix. While appearing on The Late Show and The Tonight Show C.K. had absolutely no qualms talking about how he feels about our current President. Let’s just say he thinks President Trump is a lying sack of potatoes only it’s certainly not potatoes he was referring to. God that was awful but I try not to curse on here. I always take the Seinfeld route and avoid cursing whenever possible. Granted I used to do stand up and cursed every other 5 seconds. Sorry, got off topic.
If there’s something to look forward to this weekend it’s definitely going to be Louis C.K. hosting SNL with The Chainsmokers appearing as musical guests. What I’m looking forward to most is going to be his opening monologue. I have no doubt whatsoever that C.K. will be writing his own intro and at some point he’s going to get political. He has to right? And I have no doubt that something he says is going to be super controversial and talked about.
C.K.’s last stint on SNL wasn’t as good as I hoped it would be so I’m expecting some fireworks tomorrow. If the show let C.K. write all of his skits we’re in good shape. If not I think he’ll be extremely uncomfortable out there. Best of luck Louie!
