It appears as though anyone hoping to see Rosie O’Donnell play Steve Bannon on “Saturday Night Live” will not get their wish. After over a week of teases and a phenomenal Twitter photo that you see above, all the hype is over. TMZ officially got Rosie leaving Nobu in West Hollywood Thursday night and she told them her uncanny photoshop of Bannon is as far as she’ll be taking the role.
Unfortunately we don’t get any real reasons why but I’m calling conspiracy. If you don’t think that Lorne Michael’s had his life threatened then think again. I mean SNL is just a show. It’s not the Government and I have a very sneaky suspicion that Michaels and Trump had a secret meeting somewhere going over the terms of SNL’s resurgence.
As you all know the show is as popular as it’s been in over a decade. Could the White House and SNL be in Kahootz and share a little of the ad revenue? I’m joking of course but the part I’m not joking about is Lorne Michaels’ life possibly getting threatened. At this point anything is possible in the White House.
