Ahead of tomorrow night’s season one finale of Preacher on AMC, the network has released a sneak peek at the episode in the form of the finale’s (titled “Call and Response”) first five minutes.
Up until now, Jesse Custer has been trying to figure out a way to “save” his flock after being imbued with the power of Genesis (a supernatural being that gives the preacher the ability to make others follow his commands), and he finally developed a plan in last week’s episode (check out my review here). Unbeknownst to him, though, the angels Fiore and DeBlanc have also come up with their own plan of stopping Jesse once and for all, so it should be interesting to see how these two plans come together.
