Oh boy, there are so many great shows that don´t get enough love, especially if they are a few years older. Some of my long-time favorites (all currently on Amazon US and UK if not noted otherwise):
The Thin Blue Line (1995/96), British comedy with Rowan Atkinson, 2 seasons, should also be available for free on youtube
Las Vegas (2003-08), casino drama, 5 seasons, currently not on Amazon but apparently available on Joyn
Carnivale (2003-05), supernatural, sadly discontinued after 2 seasons
Boardwalk Empire (2010-14), historical mafia series, needs lots of time with 5 long seasons
