Young and the Restless fans know that Chelsea has a colorful past in which she’s done some shady stuff. And being married to Adam Newman allowed her to keep doing shady things in her life, and that’s a big deal. She likes to think she’s changed, but there are a bunch of us who don’t believe she really has. At the end of the day, she might be a woman with means these days, but she’s a woman who always has a plan on the backburner to help her get through her own life. She might have a secret plan, and that money in the bathroom might be hers or Adam’s, but she might have a plan.
And she has some answers to give. Nick is not all that happy with her since finding that money, and he is not at all convinced she’s not lying about all of it. And we have to go with him on this one. There is a good chance she’s lying about all of it.
And he wants to know if she is. She might not like where he is going with all this. He’s asking a lot of questions, and he’s not taking any of her answers at face value. How can she be happy with a man who doesn’t seem to trust her at all? She’s got to do something to make this work for her, and we aren’t sure there is much they can do to make this all work.
