Young and the Restless fans know that Billy is tired of being Jack’s problem, and he’s going to get back at his brother. And that means he has to find a way to hurt him. The best thing that Billy can think to do is to get back at Jack using Jack’s mother, Dina. She’s not been someone who spent much time in her children’s lives, but she’s back and she’s in trouble, and she’s making them feel sorry for her. And Billy can definitely use that to his advantage. But how? And how to fans feel that he is going to use a sick elderly woman to do his dirty work?
When Phyllis confronts him to ask him what he plans on doing with Dina to get back at his brother, Billy plays it off. He tells her he is not really planning anything, but that he was just getting some stuff off his chest and trying to make himself feel better after yet another awful run in with his brother. It’s one of those things that really does make for a good story, but he would never actually do anything like that.
But we think he would, and we think he is lying to Phyllis. Is he lying to keep her out of trouble or to keep her from being able to hold this over on him? We don’t know at all what he plans, but we know it will be devastating for Jack.
