Young and the Restless fans know Billy wants to be back with Phyllis, and he’s going to fight for her. Unfortunately for him, she’s not all that interested. She’s mostly done with the idea that they will ever be together. He’s made it clear to her that he will always put Victoria before he puts her, and it’s not because they have kids together. She might get it if it were things abou the kids he was always answering and things he was doing were for the kids, but that’s not the problem.
The problem is she’s always doing things for people that she can’t help but do because she’s a person who does things for those she loves. But she’s tired of letting him take advantage of that when it comes to her. She’s got issues of her own to work through, and there are things that we can’t help but figure when it comes to the way he’s been treating her.
She’s going to turn him away when he comes to the door, and he’s going to beg. She will stand firm in telling her that there is nothing she can and will do for him, and she will not back down. It makes us feel a little bit proud of her, and we do wonder how much longer it will be before he turns to Vickie and asks her for forgiveness and a second chance at love since he’s not big into being the single guy in life.
