Young and the Restless fans know few things ever work out according to plan, and that’s one of those things that works out in the favor of one and not typically another. But, for now, we get to see that it’s Nikki and Victor who have come to an agreement. She knows who killed JT. She did it. And she’s telling her husband — who is in jail — that it was her and that things are not working out in her favor to keep this secret any longer. That’s not something he wants to hear, however, and that means that we will get to see a few things change in the meantime. There’s a lot that we don’t necessarily know about these people, and she’s working through her own issues to make sure that she can make this right in some way, shape, or form. We don’t know about you, but we do know that there must be something someone can do.
Reed, on the other hand, wants to say goodbye to his father. He’s dead and gone, and he’s struggling with that. He is also struggling with the fact that he is the driver of the car who put his grandmother in this situation, and he is living with an immense amount of guilt that we don’t think will bode well for him at all. For now, though, we just sit here and wonder what can be done when he says goodbye and then takes the responsibility for his actions. He thought he was doing the right thing, but the situation he was in was nothing short of impossible. Who should drive? The person with the suspended license or the person who is drunk? But we suppose they could have called someone else for a ride, so there is not an excuse.

Things are taking a major turn for things that are going on with Victoria and Phyllis. We already know that Vickie slapped her and made her mad, but now it’s Phyllis’ turn to push buttons. And that’s not going to go well for Vickie. She’s in a difficult situation right now, and she’s not going to make things work out well for her if she has a chance. She needs to take some time to herself to realize that her mother is going to take the initiative to turn herself in to protect her father, who didn’t do it, and then there is something going on with her son, and there is so much going on with Cane, and there’s Billy. And Phyllis is not happy with any of it. She’s involved in almost all of it, which makes it even more interesting to us that she might go this route in terms of figuring things out.
Rey is becoming more than a little suspicious of what is going on with Sharon and her line of questioning. She’s asking a few too many questions about all of this, and he can sense that she’s asking not because she’s curious so much as because she is just looking for information. Whether or not she is looking for information to help her with her own situation or to protect someone else is not something he can determine at this point, but it’s something she’s not being careful enough about as she continues to pry into his business.
