Young and the Restless fans know that Nikki has a lot going on, but seeing her take such a hard line was a little shocking. We know that she has to do what she has to do to protect herself and her family, but this was a bit excessive even for her. She’s been in a lot of situations lately that don’t really work for her life plan, but this is her taking back the control she feels she’s lost in her life. We are proud of her. What does not amuse us, however, is the behavior of her daughter at the moment. Victoria is taking things very hard and making some big decisions in her life that don’t work for us, and we are not sure that things will work out for us in the long run. She’s been in a very difficult place in her life, but she’s been making some decisions lately that are nothing short of selfish.
To allow herself to become involved with a married man who is going through so much is too much for us, and the fact that they continue to do this is too much for her. She cannot handle what is going on and what is happening in her life, and she’s not willing to continue to work harder on her own life. She’s still going to see Cane, and she knows better. She knows this is a terrible decision, yet she allows herself to get right back into that situation every single time she turns around. We aren’t amused by this, but w are thinking she might just find herself in more trouble than it’s worth if she’s not careful with herself. She’s putting herself in a bad place, and she’s not even actively trying to stop.

It turns out that there are still things going on that will shock us, but probably not as much as they will shock Abby as this week comes to a close. She’s not happy with Arturo lately. When she learned more about what he did to his brother and the role that Mia played in his life, she was shocked. She thought she knew him, and then she realized that she absolutely does not know him at all. He is not the man she thought he was, and that was certainly not much of a shocking realization to her in any way. She was just as unhappy with him as she has ever been, but now he is going to shock her. We know that he has been working so hard to win her back and gain her trust again, but now he is going to do something so shocking. And we have no idea what he’s doing.
On the other hand, Phyllis is working very hard to convince Sharon that her plan is a good one and that it will work, but Nick suspects that she’s up to something — and he’s not happy with her. And this means that she might be walking a much finer line than she originally thought. She might be a woman who has something to prove, but she’s also not making many good decisions in the moment. Can she overcome this situation and make things work in her life? Can she do that and make it all right in the world? We aren’t sure.
