The Young and the Restless fans weren’t surprised to see Phyllis interrupt such an important moment in Billy’s life. She’s certainly good for that, considering she was sleeping with another man and interrupted his wedding even though she was with Billy at the time, but he managed to get out what he was trying to say. Victoria, however, didn’t actually give him an answer. She’s not sure what she wants from him, if she wants this, and where she wants to go with her life. So many things have happened in the recent past, and she’s not sure she’s ready for this kind of commitment or step, especially since they aren’t even officially back together yet. She ran off to Vegas and had fun with another man and totally ignored Billy, after all. So, there is that. And, if you ask us, that seems like a pretty big deal all in all. But, what do we know?
On the same note, we also have to focus on the act that we cannot help but wonder what Phyllis is thinking chasing him down to ask for money. She’s clearly off her rocker these days, and we aren’t sure she’s coming back from that. But, for now, we have to focus on the fact that some things are just what they are. For now, though, we are going to sit back and watch this trainwreck. Mariah and Tessa went to Sharon and Rey with the note that Mariah received, and that was a good choice. Rey might not be in good standing with Paul, but he can help. He has the tools and resources to help her figure this out, and he can use his own knowledge to make her feel a little better about some of these things, and that’s all there is to it.

Friday is a mess, and that’s all there is to it. Someone left Abby in control of the damage that’s been going on around Genoa City these days, and we all know that never works out for anyone. She is not always the most responsible person, so maybe this will be the moment she is able to pick herself up and manage to make everyone realize she is better than she thought she was. She’s got a lot going on, and we cannot help but wonder if that will make anyone feel good about anything at the moment. She’s in a place where she’s always working so hard to make it her life situation and her own powerful moment, but she’s always falling a little bit short. We want to see her succeed, but how can we make that happen?
Also, we know that there is a long road ahead for Lily, who is now in the middle of her brand-new chapter. Her future is ahead of her, and she no longer has Cane there to weigh her down. She’s actually looking forward to some of the positive changes she might be able to pull out of her own hat, and we think that she can make that happen. Mariah feels worried, and she’s not sure how to make that stop. She’s got this note, and she’s looking for the help she needs to figure it out, and she’s got too much on her plate in the moment. Can she handle yet another situation that means trouble?
