Young and the Restless fans are not thrilled with a lot of things after last week. Let’s just start with Sharon. We are having such a tough time with her right now as she cannot seem to let go of the men in her life. She’s back to awkward situations with Rey, and they have somehow managed to decide that they have all this unfinished business they need to deal with. We think that he needs to walk away from this train wreck and get his life back together, but that all seems like things that no one agrees with in the moment. We are not going to be happy with this one, but it’s what it is right now. They have more to deal with than most, and we are done with them doing it. For now, though, we also know that they have to focus on other things.
Then there is Victor. He’s back, and people know he is alive again. Victoria is the only one who seems to be dealing with the fall out from that, but Phyllis knows the truth, too. She’s not someone we’d like to mess with in our own lives, and that means she’s probably working quite hard to get her way, to make things uncomfortable, and to get people to do what she wants. Adam is in Vegas again, and he’s Spider. He’s up to nothing good, but we also know that he is rarely ever up to anything positive in his life. This is just not a thing we can see getting any better for him anytime in the near future. He is a total disaster, and we get that. We know that he is not a good person, that he won’t make good choices, and others will suffer because of him.

It’s a brand-new week around here and we are going to see some changes. For one, we are going to see Jack and Traci look back on their lives. They have a long past and they both remember things in very different manners. There’s not much they can do other than focus on things that are so sweet and so bad, but there are so many things that aren’t going to work for them. They have to look back so they can focus on what is happening in the past so they can figure out where to go in the future. So many things make so little sense to them right now, and they have to deal with that on their own terms. Victor, on the other hand, has to take the time to make some apologies and some amends. He’s been living his life doing some things that just aren’t that nice.
He’s not been a very nice guy lately, and he’s not been making some good decisions, and he’s not been in a place where he can do anything other than focus on his life and what that means for him. He’s a man who has so much to offer himself and those around him, but that doesn’t make him much more than just a pawn in his own game. He’s hurt people by faking his death, and that wasn’t his ultimate goal. He wanted to do more than that, and he wasn’t ready for what was happening in his life. He was ready for something different.
