Days of Our Lives fans are not sure what is going on with so many things right now, but we all know that we enjoyed seeing Ciara with Ben on their date. It was sweet to watch them together, but we do realize it was a mess when Hope and Rafe ran into the date with their guns out and the fear in their eyes. They really do like one another, and it was horrible for them to realize that her mother will never be on board with this. We can’t blame her, really. She is a mother who only knows that her daughter insists on spending quality time with a man who was just released from a mental hospital prison after killing more than a few people. She’s not sure this is a good choice at all, and no one will blame her for feeling this way at all. She’s a mother, but she’s got a life to live, too.
We also realized that Marlena and John have a guest list that they want to finalize, but they aren’t getting all the RSVPs for their wedding. One person has yet to send in their own, and they have no idea why this person has not done anything to send in an RSVP to be there for them on their big day. It’s sad to them, but we assume that things aren’t going to get in their way of being happy. We also got to see the very sweet moment — or what could have been a very sweet moment — in which Jen received a proposal from Eric. It was very badly interrupted and did not end well for him, though, and that was a crushing realization for this man. Will Eve’s story really ruin his future with Jen or will she come back to him?

It’s not throwback Thursday just yet, but we love a moment when we have things work out in that favor. This week, it’s been made obvious that some people love their favorite characters, and we cannot agree more. The gorgeous Lauren Koslow has shared a throwback video of herself when she was hashtag classic Kate. It is amazing, and we are certain that she’s one of the most flawless women on earth. Does she age, ever? Because we really don’t think she does. We aren’t convinced she’s not the most perfect person ever.

Oh, Chad. This is a young man whose entire life is falling apart at this point in time. He is upset, he is not happy, and he is a person who has a lot to offer and give to the people around him. He is not in his right frame of mind right now, either. There is a small problem that they have to deal with (he and his wife, obviously) which is that she is pregnant and she believes that the child belongs to Stefan. We all know Stefan is Chad’s long-lost half brother whom no one even knew about for many years. He fell for Abigail when she was Gabby, the alternate personality her mind suffered from. Now she’s pregnant with his baby (except she is not because Gabi changed the results and lied to all of them) and Chad is crushed.
Now that Stefan thinks he is going to be a father to this baby, he will do anything and everything that he can to get what he wants from this situation. He’s going to put Chad right into a situation that will benefit him more than it will Chad, and it’s not good news for Chad. His life is about to get a lot more complicated thanks to all of this, and it’s all Stefan’s issue. Chad has no idea that his actions right now are right in line with what Stefan wants from him. It’s bad news, but they will figure it out if they can. We just want to see this end well.
