It’s a bit frustrating at times to realize that for all those that are in the business there are still some that don’t have a lot of information on them when it comes to their professional or personal lives such as Robert Longstreet. Given the fact that he’s been in a handful of movies one might think that he would be a little more prominent, but that would be wishful thinking obviously. The act of being famous, or at least being in a movie, doesn’t seem to transfer a great deal of recognition to every person in an equal manner, but it would seem that he should at least register on the radar of more fans given that he’s been around for long enough that he should warrant a greater amount of attention. The fact that he seems to be trending now should be enough to make people think that he’s worth taking a look at, but how long it’s going to last is unknown since as a lot of us have gathered the attention span of the audience tends to last only as long as it takes to notice someone before moving on to the next person.
Here are a few things about Robert you might not have known.
10. It sounds like he’s going to be starring in Halloween Kills.
According to Kevin Burwick from MovieWeb he’ll be playing the part of Lonnie Elam, the individual who was the bully in the original Halloween that gave Tommy Doyle such a hard time. How he’ll be portrayed in this upcoming movie is hard to say at this point.
9. It would appear that he’s been seen mostly in bit parts throughout his career.
Some folks make a career out of being a bit player while others aspire to more. It could also be that he’s had other things going in his life that don’t always allow for him to chase a career in front of the camera as much as he’d like. There are other things to do besides acting, especially if one doesn’t get the same attention as other actors.
8. There’s not a lot of information on him when it comes to the internet.
Many of the articles that have come along concerning Robert have said the same thing over and over. It’s kind of hard to say why there isn’t any more in-depth information on Robert but at the moment the few articles that have come out recently seem to give at least a little more information on what he’s been doing.
7. On top of being an actor he’s also a producer and editor.
It does sound as though he has plenty to keep him busy since the role of an editor is almost never easy or boring since there tends to be a lot of people that this type of service and so long as the work is coming in there’s bound to be something to do.
6. He has a net worth of around $1.3 million.
It’s pretty obvious that he’s been successful enough to amass a bit of a fortune since one doesn’t become worth this much for absolutely nothing when it comes to Hollywood. So yes, he’s done something with his career even if it hasn’t been widely publicized.
5. He is on social media but it doesn’t appear that he’s all that active.
Some people might just open a social media account since it seems like a good idea and some might have accounts with their name on it but never do anything with it. In this light it almost seems as though Robert has no real use for social media.
4. He started appearing onscreen in the mid-2000s.
So honestly he’s been around for a while but he’s been on the periphery of everyone’s sight since he hasn’t seemed to do anything too big or worthy of a lot of attention it would seem. Some might want to argue with that but at the same time if you said his name to a random person on the street it’s likely that only a few people would know who he is.
3. At one time he was dubbed the King of Weird.
This came during an interview with Chris Eggertsen of Bloody Disgusting nearly a decade ago when Robert was starring in four different films in a short period of time. At least a couple of them seemed as though they would gain him a great deal of attention.
2. It might take a truly dedicated fan to realize who he is.
There are those individuals out there that know some of the most obscure actors either because they live and breathe movies from one day to the next, or because they have extremely good memories.

He has put in his time but as of now it would take a decent search of what he’s done to really find out why a person would recognize him.
He’s somebody for certain, but it might be necessary to ask Google just who he is.
