Serena’s crashing at the Humphrey loft, and Dan spilled the beans to Rufus. He goes to talk to her, she apologizes, he apologizes. She tells him she officially deferred for a year from Brown. He tells her he did the same thing (but not at Brown, obviously) to pursue music. ‘I wish I had that same sense of purpose, but I hope if I take this time off, I’ll find it,’Serena says. Waaaaaa.
Back in mushy-lovebird-land, Bree is on the phone with her mom getting chewed out for seeing Nate. ‘Guess we didn’t fool the doorman,’she tells Nate. And if her family never comes around, ‘it’ll still be worth it.’So sweet.
The next morning, Scott apologizes to Vanessa for being weird at the party about the professor thing. He even made her a whole page of reviews, with grades, of all the teachers he took over the summer to make up for it. Something tells me he got them off Pick-a-Prof.com.
Serena meets Carter outside his apartment and tells him he’s not her bad habit, but that she trusts him, and she only wants him. They kiss.

Blair crawls into Chuck’s bed, and cuddles. They’re still cute.
Vanessa calls Dan to meet up with her and Scott, but he’s still asleep on the roof from the party. He tells her he’ll call her later. Pan out, and there’s Georgina on his lap. They kiss, cuddle. Ick.
