Young and the Restless fans are going to see so much happen, but let’s talk about what’s already happened. Neil always hosts the most wonderful Fourth of July BBQ, and it’s good news for him to have this in his situation. He will have his friends, family, and probably even some of his enemies show up in this situation, and it’s all fun and games. Except, it’s not. We know that the announcement that Ashley made did shock everyone when she stood up and told them. She’s going to see this change things in her life over the course of the next few weeks. We know that things don’t really work for her in many ways, but we do know that she can get this to work in her favor if she’s willing to make it work.
We also saw Summer open up to her mother and come clean about things. She’s going to get a lot of people in trouble this way, and Phyllis is not going to be at all amused by any of this. Billy is not himself, either. He’s about to take a risk that may or may not pay off for him in a major way, and we just don’t see how this will benefit him at all. He can’t live like this and still make good choices in his everyday life, but he’s working hard to show that he can do anything. Summer’s not happy with Kyle, either. She likes him, but not as much as he likes her. So this will not be something she can handle much longer without losing her mind, which is always good news for us. It makes life more interesting to watch, and this has been fun stuff in the past few weeks. We like it a lot.

Everybody loves Nick and Sharon. They seem to be the couple that everyone is most excited about. The couple that everyone is literally just trying to do things for and love, and that means that they are giving fans everything every single time they are on the screen. Their wedding might just turn into the situation of the year at this point, and we almost don’t really blame anyone for wanting to make it that. These two simply have to much to offer one another, and we are just so impressed with all of it.

Nikki and Victor have to work together, and they are about to come up with a serious agreement that might make it a bit easier for them to make this happen. We don’t know if they will work well together, but they know that their family’s name and reputation are on the line. This might just make the most significant difference in the way things are going. But we also know that their secrets are coming out, and we do wonder if the one we hear Hilary is about to find out has anything to do with them. There is a rumor she’s about to learn something she has no business learning, and it might just be the biggest situation on the planet if you ask them.
We don’t know if Nick can get his father to compromise with him in any case, but he is calling Brittany to see if he can get her to do something for him. They have to get his son back, and he might have some leverage over his father right now. Perhaps he will tell his father he will publicly back him with the entire “We have a super happy family and we are all just as wonderful as can be,” situation, but only if he agrees to give Nick back his son and let this all go? Will that make a difference to Victor? Will he feel this could help his issues right now? We aren’t positive, but we think it might make a difference if he asks.
