The iconic rock band Metallica has just recently announced that they will be incorporating their logo onto some select clothing items from Vans. In fact, there will be two different options when it comes to shoes, as well as a T-shirt selection and even a cap for those who are fond of wearing headgear. Obviously, this is something that has the many fans of the band excited. This isn’t the first time that Metallica has collaborated with Vans, either. In fact, this latest endeavor marks the third time the two have come together in order to produce something of high quality that Metallica fans around the globe would love.
While you can bet that the products offered are unique every time these two collaborate, you also know that the available products are going to be something worth owning. This time is certainly no exception. Both the T-shirt and the cap are featured in black with white lettering, with the band’s logo and the Van’s logo blending together in order to create what appears to be a singular, new logo. Despite this rather unconventional approach with the logos sharing the same space, you can still clearly see that these are Metallica products.
As far as the shoes go, you can buy either the high-tops or the regular sneakers. The high-tops are black with white soles, and the Metallica logo is also white. This logo basically wraps around the entire shoe so that it can be seen in some capacity from all angles. The regular sneakers actually feature half of the logo on each shoe, and are designed so that the full Metallica logo can be seen when you put your feet close together.
These newest designs just became available on February 16. Without a doubt, fans will be clamoring to get their hands on at least one of these, but it is much more likely that they will decide to get one of everything instead. If past performance is any indication, these items won’t last long. If you want to get your hands on something offered in this lineup, you should jump at the chance now as opposed to waiting until everything is sold out. These types of items can move very quickly, so you want to be sure to get the items you want most while they are still available.
It’s nice to see that Metallica is doing another collaboration with Vans. This is a group that has stood the test of time and still has a large contingent of dedicated fans. The new items from Vans provide Metallica fans with one more chance to get something that can’t be bought buy every other person walking around on the street. Since the products are typically limited in their production, only the most dedicated fans are likely to get their hands on it. There is no doubt that anyone who considers themselves a dedicated fan of the band will do exactly that. After all, it’s something they can cherish for years to come.
