Beast mode is back! Is there anyone in the entire world that doesn’t love what they just heard? Marshawn Lynch was in the Raiders building today and he told the team he intends to “un-retire.” Ian Rappaport went a Twitter binge announcing the news earlier today. It’s only been one season for Lynch so it’s not like he’s an old man now. Reports are saying it’ll be a fairly long process to get the power running back an actual deal and onto the football field but it seems like this thing’s gonna happen.
Rather than spit out all the details, I’m going to let the sports guys do that. What I will say though is that I hope this doesn’t turn out to be a crap season for Lynch. I truly hope he works hard, gets his Beast Mode back and doesn’t become a joke. Hint hint: another Raiders running back who was awful as soon as he got there. Yeah you hear me MJD.
