You might be asking yourself, “what in God’s name does a Matzah recipe have to do with television and movies?” That’s a great question. And considering this is primarily a movie and TV site I’ll be happy to answer that question. “Absolutely nothing.” Seriously. Nothing. Anyway, for all you folks observing Passover this year, this is a recipe you’re going to want to follow. The biggest “lie” on Passover is when everyone convinces themselves how much they love Matzah. Face it folks. It’s disgusting. There’s a reason that bread is leavened. It’s because if it isn’t it winds up tasting like cardboard cracker. But here we are saying “oh I love Matzah with butter or peanut butter! It’s so good!” If it were good you’d be eating it all year around.
