I don’t bank on my phone, and increasingly institutions are insisting that I pay bills to, want me to have an app to pay. I’m indignant, and they are telling me I have to go into a store to pay. No online, Xfinity cell. I’m looking at you. Who else is abusing you in this way? I want to pay online or get a paper bill.
