General Hospital fans are not sure what Liz will think when she finds out what happened to Franco, but she will be endlessly thankful to Drew for making sure he was safe and that all this happened to him is now behind him. She and Drew have been friends for a long time even if no one knew he was Drew. There is nothing they can’t do right now, and she’s still his friend. He might not care much for the fact that Liz chose Franco, especially since the son she has really isn’t his own son anymore. It’s a tricky situation for all involved, and that’s bad news.
And we can’t help but figure out that there might be a change in their personal dynamic before much longer. He’s not in a good place in his own life, and that’s a big deal to him. He’s not sure who he is, what kind of person he is or what he’s done, and he’s unhappy. Finding out you are not the person you thought you were and that you don’t have any of your own personal memories in life will do that to you.
However, his friendship with Liz is now solidified if there was any question about it before. Things are not the same for them as they were in the past now that they know he is not Jason, but that doesn’t mean they cannot be great friends regardless. She’s going to owe him her life now.
