There is no shortage of reality shows that reach out and grab the attention of the TV world. When it comes to TV shows that focus on the real estate market, there is a special niche market that finds this type of material enticing; however, the Million Dollar Listings franchise has struggled to find its footing in a market that is rapidly becoming saturated. One way that the show’s producers have attempted to strengthen the show’s market share, and influence, is to introduce a new character that is long on charisma and passion when it comes to peddling million-dollar properties. David Parnes has hit the scene with flair and determination.
With all of that being said, there is still a lot that the show’s fans and the niche market in general, does not know about David Parnes. Let’s take a moment to look at five things most people don’t know about David Parnes.
1. Parnes is James Harris’ Partner
While it may seem like it to some fans, Parnes did not come out of nowhere to land on the show. He is actually the partner of James Harris. The two worked together in London to start the firm, Bond Street Partners, and now they have made their way to the United States to work with the Los Angeles-based The Agency, for the purpose of bringing Bond Street Partners to the L.A. and Hollywood market.
2. Parnes is Stepping Up in Competition
While working with Mauricio Umansky definitely has its benefits for Parnes and the Bond Street Partnership, it does not come without its challenges. First of all, Parnes is moving into a market that is immensely different than the one that he is used to in London. However, Parnes has been able to prove that he is up to the task, with Bond Street having sold more than $80 million in real estate in L.A. County. So, it seems that Parnes might be just what the show needs.
3. Parnes Has a Soft Spot for Animals
On the show, Parnes shows his serious side almost consistently; however, he has a soft spot for animals. Not only does he post a lot of pictures of animals on his social media accounts, but he also has two beautiful dogs named, Bell and Maxi. While the extent of his love for animals has not been made clear, it is definitely obvious that he is not as hardcore as appears on the show.
4. He is Currently Off the Market
I know that a lot of ladies have been eyeing Parnes since he first hit the show. And while he is not legally married, he is off the market. He currently resides with his girlfriend, Adrian Abnosi. It is not clear how long the two have been together, but it is obvious that they are serious. As for now, there has been no mention of a pending wedding. Stay tuned.
5. The Man Has Status Back Home
Parnes recently posted a picture of his parents meeting Prince Charles, and the manner in which it was done so matter-of-factly that it should probably could have made the TBT list. With this type of pedigree, there is no wonder why this young man is making the splash that he is currently making in America.
