R.L. Stine may be most recognized for the various Goosebumps works, from the original books to television movies and straight to video. Still, R.L. Stine also extended his unique horror work into more adult-oriented projects with Fear Street. While Fear Street, like all R.L. Stine’s works, started as books, a television or film adaptation has been in the works since 1997. As with most adaptations today, or in recent years, changes were made, such as the sexual orientation of characters, subtle plot elements, and more from the work of origin that inspired the series to be more modern. The Fear Street film trilogy was no different. Still, it was a combination of original and elements from the books that made Fear Street such a memorable release when it hit Netflix as three movies released a week from each other. Fear Street Part Three: 1666
Fear Street Part Three: 1666, regardless of its cast, would likely have been the most twisted film in the Netflix Fear Street trilogy simply from its way of bringing the events of the previous films together, as well as building upon them directly. Overall, the final Fear Street film in the trilogy, Fear Street Part Three: 1666, followed the original curse that plagued the town of Shadyside and how it directly connected to the event of the first Fear Street film, Fear Street Part One: 1994 and its cast of characters throughout each film. As the previous Fear Street movies in the trilogy featured a shuffled cast of new and returning characters, Fear Street Part Three: 1666 does the same with its cast.

Kiana Madeira
As Kiana Madeira was a lead cast member of Fear Street Part One: 1994 and showed up in archival footage throughout Fear Street Part Two: 1978, she also appeared as her original cast character, as well as a new character for the third installment, Fear Street Part Three: 1666. Kiana Madeira was one of the main cast throughout the final film, from the first, trying to end the curse upon Shadyside.

Ashley Zukerman
Ashley Zukerman was yet another actor that portrayed characters across each Fear Street entry in the trilogy on Netflix, as well as had different actors cast as the character, similar to Sadie Sink and Gillian Jacobs in the earlier Fear Street films within the trilogy.

Gillian Jacobs
As stated above, with the previous installments of the Fear Street trilogy on Netflix, Gillian Jacobs‘ character cast in Fear Street Part Three: 1666 was her older portrayal of Sadie Sink’s character. Gillian Jacobs may be the most recognized actor cast in Fear Street Part Three: 1666 due to her notable roles in the previous Fear Street installments and her work in the NBC comedy Community.

Olivia Scott Welch, like 99% of the cast of Fear Street Part Three: 1666, was also in the previous installments, through archival footage and as two characters throughout Fear Street Part Three: 1666, Hannah and Sam.

Bejamin Flores Jr. was another character portrayed in all three installments of the Fear Street Netflix trilogy, as well as portrayed two characters with the cast of one actor in Fear Street Part Three: 1666 with the roles of Henry and Josh.

Darrell Britt-Gibson
Unlike the rest of the Fear Street Part Three: 1666 cast mentioned above, Darrell Britt-Gibson played the same role from the first Fear Street into the third, but the role of the actor playing such a character across carious Fear Street films showed the grand scheme of the whole Netflix trilogy and how intertwined it all was, without being too predictable.
Fear Street Part Three: 1666 Other Cast
The rest of the cast of Fear Street Part Three: 1666 was just as well placed as the rest of the cast of the third entry in the R.L. Stine Netflix film trilogy. However, as Part Three was the ultimate culmination of every event from the previous films, the actors portrayed their original cast characters and different characters, should they have appeared in at least one other Fear Street film. Additional cast members in previous installments of Fear Street that also appeared in Fear Street Part Three: 1666 include Fred Hechinger, Emily Rudd, Jordana Spiro, Ryan Simpkins, Julia Rehwald, Matthew Zuk, and a few others. Overall, the Fear Street Netflix films used an expansive cast to portray characters across various eras but wrapped into one ultimate era-spanning story of massacre and witchcraft, and even a mix of Scooby-Doo, according to a review from The Guardian.
