Everything We Know About Bachelor in Paradise Season 4 So Far

The new season of “Bachelor in Paradise” is on and it’s set to premiere on Monday, August 14, 2017 for the first showing and the second premiere on Tuesday, August 15th. The regular time slot will be on Mondays from 8 to 10 p.m. This is good news for fans because in early June, production was halted because of allegations of misconduct among cast members. A female contestant, Corinne Olympios claimed that she was too intoxicated to consent in a sexual encounter with DeMario Jackson. The issue has been investigated and resolved and the show will now move forward.

Here is what we know about the upcoming season so far.

Who we’ll see from JoJo’s season

Chris Harrison will host the upcoming episodes and we’ll see Wells Adams serving as bartender. We’re sure that he’ll have some great stories to tell in a few short months. Alex Woytkiw, Derek Peth, Nick “St. Nick” Benvenutti, Robby Hayes and Vinny Ventiera are on the slate for JoJos’ season along with Daniel Maguire.

From Nick’s season

Alexis Waters, Danielle Maltby, Jasmine Goode, Kristina Schulman, Lacy Mark, Raven Gates and Taylor Nolan are the cast who will appear in these segments. They will be joined by Christen Whitney, Danielle Lombard, Dominique Alexis, Jaimi King, Sarah Vendal along with Haley and Emily Ferguson as addditional cast members.

From Rachel’s season

For Rachel’s season, Matt Munson, Kenneth “Diggy” Moreland, Jack Stone, Iggy Rodriguez, and Dean Unglert appear. They will be joined by the additional cast members Tickle Monster, Blake Elarbee and Adam Gottschalk.

Other cast who make appearances

Amanda Stanton will be there (Ben’s season and BIP 3) along with Ben Zorn, (Kaitlyn’s season). We’re also going to see both DeMario Jackson and Corinne Olympios, who were the members involved in the sexual misconduct allegations that hit the news and delayed production for this season. It will be interesting to see how they interact now that the conflict has been legally resolved.

Six weeks of ups and downs

It’s nice to see relationships that work out. Living together in beautiful Playa Escondida in Sayulita, Mexico gives couples an amazingly romantic background for discovering if they are meant for each other. We’ll see the wedding of Evan Bass and Carly Waddell which is proof that it’s possible to find love in this reality show that gives couples a fighting chance. The question remains, who will find love and who will experience heartbreak?

A new set of rules

The issues that arose from last season made it necessary for producers to implement some new rules to avoid future problems. Cast are only allowed to have two alcoholic beverages an hour and if a couple decides that they want to spend the night together, they now have to let the production staff know about it.

Who will be eliminated?

The rumor has it that four of the cast will be going away at the first rose ceremony. These will be Iggy Rodriguez, Alex Woytkiw, Nick Benvenutti and Vinny Venteria. We’re not going to see any marriage proposals or engagements this season, but is this a sign that couples are not hitting it off or are they just being cautious?
