If there’s one sport that I know nothing, and I mean truly nothing about it’s hockey. I know that its players are mostly Canadian. I know that Barry Melrose has really greasy hair and used to coach the Kings. I know who all the greats like Gretzky, Lemieux, Hull, Jagr, and Roy are. I even know who Sidney Crosby is. P.S. most of that knowledge comes from playing NHL Hocky on Genesis back in the 90s. But let’s return to the sport of hockey.
I’m not a fan of the sport. I’ve never been a fan. I just don’t like sports where little scoring takes place (although I like baseball so…). As you can imagine I’m not the biggest fan of soccer either. However, one thing I can attest to in Hockey is that as a live sport it’s pretty awesome. On television it’s brutal. Despite my preference not to watch hockey, I have a tremendous amount of respect for people who do like hockey. These are some of the most passionate, dedicated fans in the universe. Each year they get just as geeked up as any NFL, MLB, or NBA fan if not moreso.
Perhaps no other time will fans get as crazy as playoff time. So when I so this Boston Bruins playoff video, I had to share it with all of you. Enjoy!
