The Bold and the Beautiful tells us that Sally Spectra is not having a good week. She’s already ended her newfound relationship with Thomas, and she’s upset that he lied to her. She didn’t know he had a new baby of his own, or that he is a self-proclaimed ladies man, or that her grandmother thinks of her as just another flavor of the month in his life. Of course, her grandmother has plenty of her own reasons for not wanting Sally to have anything to do with the Forrester family, and that is going to play out a bit later in the life of this young woman. Thomas was blindsided when Sally decided to end things between them, and he told her she’s in love with him. She doesn’t believe it, and now even his own heart is broken.
For Thomas, he’s not expecting much in the way of sympathy from his family, particularly when it comes to Steffy. He is a little shocked when he finds out his sister is a little more sympathetic than he imagined. She’s happy about this, of course, and she does tell him that she feels he’s much better without someone like Sally in his life, but she does feel sorry for him and hates to see him like this. That is only going to make Sally’s life more miserable this week, because Steffy is upset that this girl would hurt her brother; she’s going to confront Sally.
She’s going to tell her that she is unhappy with the way things turned out, and that she believes Thomas should have broken up with her first. She’ll make it clear to her that she believes her own family is far superior to Sally’s and that she’s shocked that someone like her would break up with someone like Thomas who is so much better than her. It’s going to be an ugly confrontation, but we have a feeling it’s going to be the one thing that snaps Sally out of her depression and makes her want to seek revenge against a family she feels is as bad as she’s been told.
