The Bold and the Beautiful fans know that Liam is having some sudden realizations. His father offered him some very brave and bold words of advice to work on his marriage with his wife and make it work so they could have a future. He wanted his son to make this happen so that their baby would have a family and two people who love one another in it’s life, and then he goes and asks Liam’s wife to marry him. It’s not what he was expecting, and it’s not what he was hoping for.
So that means there is only one thing going on here. There is a chance that they have to go out and make some big changes in their lives. They have to figure out what is going on now that Liam realizes his father’s advice to him was completely insincere and that most of the people he knows and loves are lying to him about so many things. If he was feeling better about Steffy, he’s not now.
The fact that she didn’t tell him about this makes him feel as if she simply has one more secret to share with his father that he isn’t involved in, and that doesn’t make him feel good at all. They don’t have much to say to one another at this point, and it’s not good news. She’s heartbroken — and furious — and he has no idea what to think. There’s very little he can do in his own life now.
