The Bold and the Beautiful fans know that Maya and Rick haven’t exactly been in a good place lately. They’ve been drifting apart for some time, and there’s been some definite animosity between them, and there has been a lot going on in their lives. We know we haven’t talked much about them in a while other than to speak of the fact that Rick is not a fan of his mother’s new husband. And that’s his own personal business.
But his wife is off sharing moments with other men. She and Carter are going to have a moment in which they are going to bond, and it might not make much sense to anyone else. Rick is too busy focusing on things that don’t really matter in the grand scheme of things he wants in his life. He’s been so unfocused lately, and he’s been working with Thorne to ensure that his mother can’t marry Ridge.
He’s too late, of course, but that doesn’t really seem to matter to him too much when it comes to this life and where it’s going. He does need to focus on his wife and child, but that’s not important to him right now. They’re always looking to get involved in the lives of others, and that’s such a problem for everyone. It’s going to come back and bite him right now, but he’s not too concerned about it at the moment. Will it be soon he suffers this mistake?
