General Hospital fans know that Valentin can play a part when he needs to. We’ve been watching him do it for a long while now, and he’s really good. He’s managed to make things work in his favor more than he has not, and it’s always been a very interesting situation. He’s managed to make things work, to make them seem like something they are not, and he’s managed to convince everyone in his life that he always has their best interests at heart. We know this to be untrue, but we are not sure he knows this is not true. For now, though, we do get to see things unfold in a manner that is a little different. He is trying so hard to make sure that he is able to do something romantic for Nina, and we wonder if it will work for him or if it will turn around and backfire in the near future. He’s such a questionable guy, after all.
Then there is Maxie and her final preps. Things are turning out nicely for her despite what she doesn’t know about Peter and his fears that she might catch on to what he is up to in the near future. Things are so much worse than we think they are, and it’s not something we can see otherwise. For now, though, there is a lot happening that might just make a difference. One bit of that difference is that we can see things turning. Kevin, on the other hand, can see very clearly that Laura is up to something. They might not be on the best of terms right now, but he knows the woman he married. She’s not this kind of woman, and he can tell she is up to something and that something is going down.

Sonny and Carly are in a situation where there is nothing they can do but wait to see what will happen with their baby girl, her future, their future, and everything else in their lives. The doctors can’t give them any information right now about her and her life, but they have to sit here and wonder and wait. It’s not easy for them. It’s not good for them. It’s not going to make a difference to them that they can live with, and they cannot make anything work faster for them as they wait for this life-changing information to come their way. They’re trying to be patient, but you can see their hurt and their struggle. Meanwhile, Nina is not aware of anything. Her ignorance is blissful to her, but she has no idea this is the case.
There is so much happening in her life right now, and there is so much she cannot handle. But, we know that there is so much going on that she is going to live with, and it’s not going to end well for her. Lulu, on the other hand, is tired of what is going on in her life. She’s about to make a confession to Dustin, and it might be one that is interesting and special to everyone involved. We cannot help but wonder what this means for her, but we also know that it means so much more than we can focus on. She’s got to focus on things in her life right now, and this is what it is.
