General Hospital fans know that Shiloh is a monster, and it’s easy to see that he has nothing good to plan in his life. He’s got an idea, and we know his ideas rarely make for anything special, spectacular or happy. He’s not going to get things handled. He’s not going to spend his life focused on anything good, and he’s not going to have a good time in the meantime. He is going to suggest a switch, but we know that he doesn’t mean a word he says. He might make a lot of promises, but how many of the promises he makes actually work out or come true? Very few, and those are the ones that make the most sense to us. He’s not going to be able to get out of this if he is not being honest with his intentions, and we can assume he is not being honest. He’s not a good person. He’s not an honest person. He’s a man who doesn’t mean well.
On that note, we also know that there is a lot we don’t understand. We don’t understand, for example, what is going on with everyone around Kim. She’s having a long talk with Monica, and they are discussing some heavy things that do mean a lot to both of them. We cannot help but wonder if there is a chance that things might turn around in their lives in the near future at this rate. At this rate, of course, we know that many people have a lot more to offer. There is so much they have to live for if they can get past things. Of course, Maxie should not be very helpful when it comes to Obrecht, and we know she’s conflicted. What will she do? And is it the right thing?

Sonny has some issues of his own to deal with that aren’t related to his family at the moment, not that they are not the most important issue he is handling at this moment in time. He is a man who has some choices to make. He has to focus on things that are going his way. He has to focus on things that are going to make him better, but he also has to focus on his warehouse because that’s his job and his income. There is a problem over there that he has to attend to, and we cannot decide if this means something bigger than he realizes is going on, or there is a small problem. Things never really turn into small problems for him, so we have to assume something else is going on entirely. We cannot decide what it is, but we know it’s not good news in the least.
Of course, we also know that some people have to focus on things like their other lives. They have to get things together. They have to focus on things that make the most of what’s going on, and Ava is doing some dreaming. She’s got things coming to her in dreams, and we all know this is not a good thing. She’s going to wake up from a dream with more questions than she does answers, and she’s not sure where reality is and where it is not, but she’s also not stopping there. Can she figure this out, or is she out of her mind believing this much of her dreams?
