Days of Our Lives fans just want to know what is happening as the week goes on. What will be the next best thing that happens to anyone is beyond us, but we can recap what happened last week as we go into the new week with new information, new drama, and new stuff to share with you. For one, we can tell you that there is nothing short of a miracle going on around here as everyone is figuring out what to do about Marlena. She might not be herself — at all — but she didn’t die from her coma or her injuries when the plug was pulled and she was taken off of life support. She didn’t want to live like that, but she ended up living even after her family came in and wanted to pull her off and honor her last wish. It was emotional, and the emotions haven’t stopped for Brady who might have had the worst week of his life.
Everyone is making confessions to him, his son is not well, his brother is not happy with him, Eve shocked him, and everything is falling apart. Then there was Kristen who came into the hospital with the sole purpose of finishing what she came back to Salem to start. Hope and Rafe are back in a very sticky situation even though they were just so good. Ben accused her of fabricating evidence to make him look guilty, and Rafe might believe him. In fact, her own son might believe him, too. She’s not in a good place with her own life, and it’s been a big mess. She’s in a position where she can’t believe that this is happening to her, but she can believe that everyone is against her. She’s not making things better for herself.

We aren’t sure where things might go or how they might turn out or anything like that, but we do know that there is a big chance someone might fall apart this week. There is a chance someone might have to get their lives together, someone might die, someone might make a mistake, and Brady might lose his mind. The man cannot catch a break at all, and he cannot get things to work in his favor at all. Hope and Rafe are in a bad place, too, and we aren’t sure they can get out of it at this point. They don’t seem to be on the same page, and she’s not sure she can be happy with a man who doesn’t trust or believe her when she says she didn’t do something. She’s still upset about her daughter, too, and that isn’t helping.
Meanwhile, her daughter and Ben just grow closer each day, and we are not surprised given the fact that Claire has made all the moves on Tripp, and they seem to be happier together than ever. This is an ugly situation that might not work for many people, but it’s one that really doesn’t work for Ciara. She’s found love, but she’s probably not sure that’s what it is just yet. She’s in the middle of a life crisis and transition, and it might cost her mother her own job and her own marriage. This is not good, but she’s a young woman who is certain she’s found the man of her dreams and her one true love.
