Freakazoid, one of the most bizarre and unconventional characters to ever grace our screens, made even the Animaniacs seem somewhat normal in comparison. With his out-of-control antics and unpredictable behavior, Freakazoid was a hero who could barely keep himself in check. Now, it seems someone might be eyeing a potential Freakazoid movie, but whether it will come to fruition remains to be seen. If it does, and it stays true to the source material, it could be an interesting ride.

Freakazoid was created on Christmas Day, but don’t read too much into that. He wasn’t considered a savior or particularly important, as his run didn’t last as long as it could have.
2. Insane Knowledge from the Internet
Born from a computer virus, Freakazoid has access to the vast resources of the internet. Unfortunately, this has left him quite insane and easily distracted.
3. Breaking the Fourth Wall
Freakazoid was breaking the fourth wall in cartoons before it became a widely recognized phenomenon in both animation and live-action movies.
4. A Dual Identity with Dexter
Sometimes, Freakazoid and his alter ego Dexter act as separate identities, while at other times they behave as the same person. Freakazoid would like to take Dexter out of the equation for more attention, but as they’re two different personalities inhabiting the same body, that’s unlikely to happen.
5. Profound Thoughts from Dexter
Freakazoid’s only profound thoughts come when Dexter is in control, essentially serving as his downtime until Dexter needs him.

Freakazoid possesses the average power set of many heroes, including super strength, speed, intelligence, and durability. However, he’s also mentally unbalanced.
7. Imprisonment is Possible
Freakazoid can be imprisoned, but only in a cage made of graphite bars charged with negative ions. He’s also somehow vulnerable to poo gas.
8. Allergic to Cranapple Juice
Freakazoid likes to drown his sorrows in papaya juice, but he’s highly allergic to cranapple juice.
9. A Mute Butler at His Service
Ingmar, Freakazoid’s mute butler, is responsible for many of his gadgets, his headquarters, and other crime-fighting necessities. Ingmar is one of the few people who can tolerate Freakazoid for extended periods, along with Steff, Freakazoid’s girlfriend. Ironically, Dexter is smitten with Steff, but she constantly dismisses him, never realizing that he is Freakazoid’s alter ego.
10. Echoes of Other Superheroes
Many of Freakazoid’s items and characteristics are reminiscent of other superheroes, particularly Batman and Superman.
If a movie is made about Freakazoid, it’s bound to be a wild and crazy experience. Consider yourself warned.
