Days of Our Lives fans are wondering if Kayla made the right decision when she decided to keep her mouth shut about what happened to Tripp and Ciara. She knows they’ve been kidnapped, she knows who has them, and she knows what might happen. But he’s ill, and he’s in bed, and he needs to focus on getting better. She knows that if he finds out what happened and what is going on in this situation, he will do everything in his power to stop this from happening by going after the boy and his friend and working on things.
But she wants him to rest and get better, so she’s not telling him that the boy is gone and that he is in danger; and we have a feeling that this is going to be one of the most awful decisions she’s made in a long time. And now there is nothing she can do about it. If she keeps this to herself much longer, we have a feeling he might not be willing to forgive her at all. She’s made some bad choices in the past, but this one seems to be winning in terms of things that we can’t explain right now.
And Steve probably won’t forgive her for this. Is this something she kept in mind when she was making this decision? Did she think that this would just blow over and he’d never know? Or does she hope they’ll be rescued before he ever finds out?
