It has been some time since Jersey Shore came to a conclusion. However, considering the popularity of the series in not just the United States but also in a surprising number of other countries situated throughout the world, it should come as no surprise to learn that there is still a fair amount of interest in the series as well as the stars of the series. As a result, there is now a reunion series being filmed in Miami, which will be released as Jersey Shore Family Vacation once it has been completed.
What Do We Know About Jersey Shore Family Vacation So Far?
For starters, Jersey Shore Family Vacation is a reunion series. As a result, most of the cast members have been convinced to reunite, which can be more complicated than it sounds because that means reconciling a lot of schedules. With that said, it is interesting to note that one cast member, Samantha Giancola, has revealed that she will not be appearing in Jersey Shore Family Vacation. This is not because she has anything against either Jersey Shore or the Jersey Shore reunion. Instead, she has stated that she wants to respect her current relationship by not meeting up with the other cast members, who will include her ex-boyfriend Ronnie Ortiz-Magro.
With that said, it should be noted that the “family vacation” in Jersey Shore Family Vacation is rather literal. After all, the people showing up for the reunion won’t be limited to the cast members but will also include their families and their children as well. Something that should come as welcome news to those who love the Jersey Shore cast so much that they have been following their lives ever since. However, there are exceptions to this rule. One is Snooki’s husband Jionni LaValle, who had to speak out about his choice to not make an appearance on the reunion series by stating that he didn’t like the idea of appearing on TV, which was necessary to combat rumors of problems in their marriage. The other is Pauly D, who is the sole cast member to be single at the moment. On a separate but semi-related note, it should be mentioned that The Situation has made it to the reunion as well, though somewhat later than the rest of the cast. Some people might have been concerned about whether he would show up or not because he pleaded guilty to tax evasion on January 19 of 2018, which was the result of a plea bargain that he had reached with the authorities after a number of charges were filed against him and his brother in 2014 and then 2017.

No release date for Jersey Shore Family Vacation has been revealed at this point in time, which makes sense because the production process is still far from the point when the reunion series will see release.
