General Hospital fans want to know what happens when Liz realizes things with patient six are crazier than everyone ever imagined. Franco and Liz are good right now. They have a very good relationship. They are happy. They are in love, and they are doing well. But that is about to change in a major way. It turns out things between them will not always be this way. In fact, we hear that they are about to get a little bit crazier now that Patient Six, otherwise known as the man who looks exactly the way Jason used to look, is back in town.
When things are going poorly, Franco will need to admit to Liz that he found a photo of himself with Jason from a long time ago. He’s not yet mentioned this because he doesn’t even know what it means. He’s looking for answers himself, and they aren’t exactly coming easily to him. So this could be a very deciding moment between these two.
And things won’t just get better out of nowhere, either. She won’t be very happy that he’s keeping things from her, and she will have a long talk with him about how she is not going to stand by and let him keep things from her if he wants to be with her. She wants to be in an honest and open relationship, and he doesn’t seem to respect that. So this could be a problem when he continues to lie to her.
