Rattled Season 2 premiered on TLC on July 11, 2017. This reality TV series follows the lives of four really diverse couples living in different parts of the U.S. Season 2 deals almost exclusively with the couples trying to get a baby, balancing work and parenting and hardships that normally rocks relationships. Here are our first impressions of season 2.
The most confident
Aly and Josh turn out to be the most confident characters in the show. The high school sweethearts go through really hard times of their lives but the astonishing bond in the middle sticks them together, like glue. The determination in Aly is extraordinary. When she receives the devastating news about her stage 3 breast cancer, she goes on to try having a baby anyway. Then the worst of all struck when it was recommended that she should undergo an intense chemo operation and double mastectomy.
She was slightly relieved to hear that she is now cancer free afterwards. But it didn’t take long for her to discover that the intense chemo damaged her ovaries rendering her barren. It is encouraging to see her braving her way through all the events without any heartbreak. Her husband is around all the time during the events. Their determination is displayed again when they attempt to adopt a baby born two years earlier. Then something they least thought of happened; it was discovered that Aly was pregnant. In an interesting turn of events, the real mother of the adopted baby calls them to inquire if the couple would like to adopt another baby. It is hard to leave the show uninspired after watching Aly and Josh through these situations
The hottest and the toughest
The hottest and the toughest must be Brooke. She is a dedicated champion wrestler. Women are generally told to stay away from wrestling but Brooke leaves us shocked when she goes on with her wrestling routine, while pregnant!
The most unexpected events
There are two events in the season that took me by surprise, and all of them have something to do with pregnancy. Why is pregnancy so unpredictable? Krystal and Jarell were best friends for a whole decade. After dating for just one month, they got married only to break up a few months later. The unexpected turn of events comes to light when Krystal discovers she is pregnant two weeks later. Aly also tests positive for pregnancy thereafter. But I never thought for a second that Jarrell could doubt the Krystal’s pregnancy and order a for a DNA test.
The Best couple
This reality series highlights the lives of four couples as they try to go through the initial marriage-defining moments. A lot of people watching season 2 will definitely like Tyson and Ashley. The couple achieved the unthinkable by beating the one in seventy million odds to conceive two sets of lovely identical twins. The quads came in after the couple had struggled for a long period of time with the infertility problem. Also, the way the couple values their quads is really satisfying.
