General Hospital: Why Must Nina Cause So Many Issues?

General Hospital fans have so many questions about so many things, but today we are going to focus on Nina. She’s a bit of a mess. She likes to think she’s all kinds of in control of her life, but we all know she’s just a pawn in everyone else’s games. She’s made the decision to fire Maxie from working with her at her company, and that meant Maxie had to find a new job and leave town. That meant she also had to leave her new husband, and now he is finding love with a woman who is accusing Maxie of bullying her when they were in high school. As Nathan — Nina’s Brother = grows closer to this nurse, Nina is going to realize she is causing trouble in her own brother’s marriage.

When he realizes that her husband is potentially cheating on her with Anna — which is really Alex but no one knows this — he’s going to become angry. Now Nina is to blame for her brother’s new marriage failing as he contemplates cheating on his wife, and she’s to blame for telling her brother that she suspects her husband is cheating. How many relationships does Nina plan on ruining in the upcoming summer? We suspect several, and we also suspect she is unwilling to go anywhere near Maxie in the near future if she ever returns.

But this leads us to wonder what is up with Nina. Does she really love Valentin, or does she love the idea of being the mother of his little girl? Is she merely interested in the power it gives her to be married to him, or is she someone who really does love him and want what’s best for him? We have no idea what this means for anyone, but we do know that there is a chance this will all turn into something terrible as Nina cannot seem to get herself out of the way of everyone else’s marriages.
