Young and the Restless: Kevin is Bella’s Father – Or is This A Lie?

Young and the Restless spoilers for this week are so good we just can’t keep them to ourselves. Kevin and Billy will open their letters from Chloe, and it turns out Kevin is the little girl’s father. Billy will be distraught about the entire situation, but Kevin will be so happy he can’t contain himself. We have some reservations about this, though. There is a chance he’s not the father. Chloe is a liar, and she always has been. She will do whatever she can to protect her daughter, and we think this includes lying. She loves Kevin, and she knows how much he loves Bella. She knows how much he thinks of her as his own, and how good he is with her. And when she realizes that she may never be with her daughter again, she needs to do something to make sure her little girl is cared for in the best possible way.

We think that means she’s going to tell Kevin he is her father. With that information on hand, he will be able to care for the little girl. She knows that he’s a good dad to her, and she knows she can trust him to raise her well and happily. Will that make it right with everyone? Will she really lie to him if it’s not true to ensure she’s cared for? We think so. We hope it’s true, but we won’t be surprised if this turns around one day and becomes a lie she made up just to protect the little girl from the things that are such a big reality in her life.

He’s going to be nervous about raising her on his own, but we think that Mariah will be there to help him. They’ve always been close, and we think there will be a love connection there. She’s already working to cheer him up since his wedding day was interrupted by a runaway bride, and she’s going to prove important to him in his life as the time goes on. Will they end up together, or will they not be together?
