Alec Baldwin continues to extend his career of impersonations as he added yet another man accused of sexual harassment on SNL last night. You can now include Bill O’Reilly to Baldwin’s list of impressions in his portfolio. Does anyone else still find it humorous that Alec Baldwin was literally a sex symbol in the late 80s and early 90s? It’s like he’s a completely different person now. Ever since the movie Outside Providence Baldwin’s officially been a hilarious “older guy” character highlighted by pompous characters and ones that do Boston accents. Anyway, back to Saturday Night Live.
In its first new episode in nearly a month, “Saturday Night Live” featured Alec Baldwin in a double dose of topical comedy, first in the show’s cold open, portraying President Trump as he typically does, then later reprising the role in a sketch where he also played the embattled Fox News host Bill O’Reilly.
P.S. Louis C.K. was the host last night and yet I haven’t ready one headline featuring him at all. It’s not like Louis C.K. performed badly or anything like that. It’s just that anytime Baldwin is on the show it takes up all the headlines. And rightfully so. Check out his double take from last night. Pretty awesome. I didn’t give any of it away!
