Just In Case You Wanted to Watch Kate Middleton Sing in her School Play

As the Duchess of Cambridge it isn’t exactly difficult for Kate Middleton to command a room.  Her mere presence alone is enough to energize an entire country.  However, before Middleton became royalty she was just a normal teenager like any of us.  While I’m not sure how much she struggled to find her way (I’m sure she did), Middleton had the same fears and issues that all of us do as teens.

And like many teenagers in middle and high school, Middleton engaged in a number of school activities. In addition to being on the tennis, field hockey, and swim teams, Kate also starred in her school production of My Fair Lady; the 11-year-old future princess shined in her role as Eliza Doolittle, which you can see clearly in this video of her singing “Wouldn’t It Be Loverly?”

I don’t why it’s so much fun to see super famous (and Royal) people at their most vulnerable but it is.  I think it just reminds us that we’re all human and we all face issues no matter what our place is in life.
