Step Back in Time with JoJo Kincaid and Q-106 Radio
If you were lucky enough to reside in San Diego during the 1980s and had a penchant for tuning into the Q-106 radio channel, you might recall a charismatic personality by the name of JoJo Kincaid. For those who aren’t familiar with the radio scene of 1987, this video (surprisingly) offers a fantastic glimpse into that era. However, one thing we definitely didn’t have back in the 80s was the ability to record airtime.
In today’s world, if you listen to a podcast or radio show on a satellite station, there’s a high probability that you can watch the broadcast on YouTube or another video-sharing platform. This wasn’t the case in the 80s. But somehow, someone managed to capture footage of JoJo Kincaid in action, and I must say, it’s nothing short of magical.
Experience the Infectious Energy of JoJo Kincaid
JoJo Kincaid is, without a doubt, the most enthusiastic and passionate radio DJ I’ve ever witnessed. I can only imagine what it would have been like to be in his presence during the 80s. Fortunately, this video comes pretty close to replicating that experience. His optimism and genuine love for music are absolutely contagious.
