Earlier this week Rosie O’Donnell made it publicly known that if Saturday Night Live gave her the call to portray Steven Bannon on the show, that she’d be more than up for the task. This coming only hours after Melissa McCarthy surprised the world by playing Donald Trump’s press secretary Sean Spicer. The internet has been behind this and most recently O’Donnell changed her Twitter profile picture to look like none other than Steve Bannon.
This is causing much speculation that O’Donnell could very well play the role on an upcoming episode of SNL. Either that or O’Donnell is really pining for the part. I have a strong feeling that it’s the former. I can’t imagine how much applause Rosie is going to get when we actually see her come out as Steve Bannon. O’Donnell would add to Alec Baldwin playing Trump, Kate McKinnon playing Conway, and McCarthy as Spicer. P.S. here are some more suggestions for Trump’s cabinet.
