Young and the Restless is back today with a brand-new episode, and some serious issues. Billy has some reasons to believe Jill is happy about something, and he has his suspicions. She’s got her people working overtime to make a deal that will change her life forever, and she’s not afraid of admitting how excited she is. Billy doesn’t appear to share her excitement, however, and it might be a problem for these two. Right now he’s just assuming she has plans for the money she expects to receive, and he’s not going to question her about any of it. Her plan is to provide the money to Jack so he’ll sell her part of Fenmore’s, but she’s not making that a well-known secret.
In the meantime, Victoria is happy that this deal is going through. She misses the company, she misses being in charge, and she misses running things her own way. She’s got some serious ideas in mind to create a brand she can’t wait to have on her books again, but she’s not telling what her plan is. She’s working with Cane and Billy, but she doesn’t seem to want to do that. She’s not sure they’re on board with what she has to do and offer them, but they don’t seem to have a clue what she’s up to. Victor wants her to do things her way, though. He offers her some fatherly advice about taking the company she built on her own and doing what she pleases with it. It’s what she plans on doing, and no one will stop her.
Jack and Gloria haven’t been getting along too well. They’re in the middle of a huge argument that’s going to blow up in their faces. She’s made a deal for Jack and she’s not getting anything from him. She’s not happy about it, and she’s about to take a step she might end up regretting. What will she do to make things work for her and get back at Jack for using her to get what he wants?
