The hunt for Jibral Disah is about to come to an end (hopefully) in this upcoming episode of Madam Secretary. President Dalton, after learning that Disah is hiding out in Islamabad, he sends Henry and the rest of the Murphy Station team there to eliminate the threat. With only two episodes left before the season finale, it’s only fitting that the storyline reaches its climax point and end on the usual cliffhanger to make way for the next season’s storyline.
I am beyond shocked, for lack of a better word, after reading the description posted by CBS, that Elizabeth and Henry are starting couples therapy. I thought that they have moved past their problems and that everything is back to normal. It looks like they will still deal with the aftermath of the events that occurred in the previous episode that put a small wedge in their relationship. The two had an argument after Elizabeth negotiated with the new Russian Foreign Minister that put Henry’s efforts to help Talia get out of prison to a grinding halt.
Henry then took matters into his hands by hiring a lawyer for Talia which resulted in a problem with Amnesty International when the organization learned about what happened to Dmitri’s sister. Elizabeth tried to stop the organization from putting out a statement about Talia’s situation, which would cost her the coalition she was hoping to form with Russia against Jibral Disah and his terrorist organization, but Daisy informed her that it was Henry who told them about Talia’s imprisonment. Guess they will have quite a lot to hash out in their first couples therapy session. Fingers crossed that they will come out of this stronger than ever because no matter what happens, they’re together.
In the preview clip below on the CBS website, Henry is talking to someone on the phone and is asking whether or not Pakistan has given the United States access to track their nuclear weapons. Wonder what he is after by asking that question? Could it be related to eliminating Disah? Will the Murphy Station be able to take him down and bring him to justice?
