I found a travel blog from a girl that had photos of my boyfriend in bed and details about their time together. The blog also mentioned that they were long time travel friends that had met up in various countries. I had never heard of this girl during our 7 year relationship.

While my mom was in the hospital, I went back home to get my baby because I had rushed out of the house quickly in a panic and left him with his dad (my husband) but knew he would be waking soon to eat (he was breastfed). Husband was asleep but I noticed a Snapchat notification of his phone, I was already in a ‘don’t care’ mood so I checked it & some girl had sent him a full frontal spicy pic. I screenshotted it and sent it to myself from his phone so he’d know I saw it.

Not mine but still.
Knew a girl, long story short, a while ago she slept with her friend after a drunken night out, she regretted it and it was a 1 time thing but all their friends knew (they were all out together). Her friend had a gf at the time so they all agreed to just keep it hush hush.
That gf is now his wife and they still all hang out, the wife has no idea to this day.

It’s funny coz it happened exactly 18 years ago. I had a best friend that lived on my same block. We went to school and high school together. We also went together to college but I dropped out and started in a different college after the first year. We used to play video games and hang out almost all the time. He was like family. I had a girlfriend back then and was my first serious romantic relationship. We had been together for a year but we were having fights and the relationship was becoming toxic. On my bd day I was at class and decided to text her to check if she wanted to meet. I got no answers. I also texted a cousin but he was busy and texted my best friend but he didn’t answer either. I tried calling and nothing.
I’m a pretty chill person so I just decided to rent some movies, I bought some snacks and was gonna spend the evening chillin by myself at home. We all lived in the same neighborhood and as I was crossing the street to enter my building I saw my friend’s car passing by with my girlfriend on the copilot seat. They were ignoring me the whole day and spent the day together, during my bd.
It was actually pretty bad for my mental health since I didn’t expect my best friend to do something like that with my first love. She also messed up of course. They tried to get out of the car but I just stormed into my building. The first thing she texted me was “please don’t be dramatic” and my friend said they were doing a cake for me LMAO it was a lie of course. I ended up going to a therapist.

Wife of 13 yrs. I only knew about two men, suspected another, turns out she sent an entire list of the men she was sleeping with to a friend. Bragging, I guess.
She said once “I didn’t know it was wrong, no one ever told me”.
We were raised Mormon…

My ex-fiancée and I were working through some issues but trying to get back together. She asked me to babysit her dog while she met with her mother’s real estate agent. Turns out it was actually a first date with some like D level/internet famous person and she was hedging her bets. I knew something was up and she used that to try and turn it back around on me for being untrusting. He posted a picture commemorating their first date years later on the exact date she had lied about it and accused me of being unfairly distrusting. I think they are married now.
It did permanent damage for me. I am incapable of doubting my instincts when I think someone is lying to me. And I was a cynical guy to begin with. I just no longer give anyone the benefit of the doubt. I have found it’s easier to not care. Not a great recipe for forming and building new relationships.
In therapy I learned that I simply cannot ever trust myself or another person again to love them or let them love me. Even when people think they love me I have dismissed them entirely and lose interest. She used to joke that I was bitter when we met and I always joked that I was jaded but not bitter.
I am bitter now. I try to keep it to myself.

I was groomed and had a secret “relationship” with a older guy. We had been together for around 2 years, so I was 17 by the when I found out that he was having an affair of some sort with my stepmother.
He denied and said she was after him but he didn’t want anything with her. I tried to believe but it was too obvious. He deleted everything from his phone but I had access to her phone and she was not as smart as him. She saved his number “V. M. L. R”, his initials.
During school break I went to my grandma’s abroad for few weeks, broke up over the phone and when I got back I learnt that my father caught them together at a “date”.

Found out my ex had been “working late” by seeing his car in the parking lot of a restaurant while I was on a date with my friend’s boyfriend… who was also “working late.” They were at the same table, sitting together, holding hands. Two relationships ended over one plate of nachos.

I am a divorce lawyer – I have heard it all. One particularly excruciating story was a woman who discovered her husband’s 8-year long-distance affair when he left his email open on his computer. She read through 8 years of their emails, photos and videos (some explicit) and it took her about 4 hours to get through it all. She was crushed.

My wife’s cousin has a GF who was a pen pal with some prison inmate.
One day apparently the prison guy got released. The gf insisted that he stayed with them for a few days because he “had no where to go”. The cousin was a push over and didn’t say no, even though it was HIS house, his name on the deed, and the gf was just living in it.
The prison guy came, the gf insisted that he slept in THEIR bedroom with her while the cousin slept in the guest room. “Just so he doesn’t feel unwelcomed”. Then the prison guy never moved out of that room and so the gf just slept in there with him, and the cousin just continued sleeping in the guest room.
Again, this was the cousin’s own house. And he was such a push over that he let some random guy move in and basically sleep with his gf.
True yet weirdest story I’ve ever known personally. The extended family tried to talk sense into him, but he refused to listen. We all did a collective head scratch on this one.

Dog is unwell, gets taken to vet. Has to have surgery to remove something from stomach. Lacy underwear is removed, and shown to the woman owner of what it ate. Owner realises they are not hers. Husband was cheating, and the dog ate the mistresses undies. Somuch for mans best friend.

That would be one of my old bosses. Married, with three boys under eleven. Owned and ran his own business. For years, every Monday night he would see a lady of negotiable affection. Fool filmed his visits and saved it onto a thumb drive, which he didn’t secure. His oldest boys came across it and watched their old man getting down with a dom. He lost everything.

A quite famous Norwegian podcaster and radio host had a stroke. While lying in the hospital, she received a text from her husband meant for another woman. She then found out he was having an affair, even seeing his sidepiece while she was recovering in hospital.
Somehow they stayed together for many years after, and she talked about it in detail in her podcast. He admitted to everything and owned up to it, but it’s still just unfathomable to me. They even had kids at that point, but he chose to hang out with his mistress rather than bringing the kids to see their sick mom. Disgusting.

Got a text from a buddy of mines gf. They had had one of his old classmates passing thru and put her up for the night. His gf goes to bed and he and the classmate stay up getting drunk. His house has motion sensors. Gf wakes up cuz she keeps hearing “motion detected at the back door… Motion detected at the back door..”. Over and over again. She goes to investigate and it was my buddy setting it off while he was plowing his old classmate. I felt terrible for her but have to admit I get a chuckle out of it now.

Ugh, my friend’s first wife. What a circus. Couple of my favorite incidents:
–we drop my friend off at about 3am from a bachelor party, and got to witness the classic “dude clutching his clothes and jumping out the window” as we drove away.
–wife was at her best friend’s house, best friend’s pot guy comes by, best friend leaves the wife and pot guy alone for (from what I have been told) literally 3 minutes as she finishes her makeup…she hears THUMP THUMP THUMP and comes in, pot guy has wife bent over the couch and she’s screaming “PUT A BABY IN ME”. This was the first time wife met pot guy.
She’d also make him breathe into her interlock device in the morning so she could go to work. Real glad that is not a part of my life anymore.

I was accidentally the other woman. Met a guy who said he was divorced. He “moved” in to a new apartment shortly after we met. I visited there. He got mail there. Had clothes there. Turns out he rented apartment just to be with me. Was married and living with his wife the entire time. He had met my family, driven to another state to meet out of state family. We spent a lot of time together. I finally got suspicious and drove to his “previous” address and did a stake out after Google told me he still lived there with a wife and child. Saw him drive up to the house and then I broke it off. I feel bad for the wife but I didn’t know. No way in hell did I want to date a cheater.

He kept hanging out with a female “friend” who was obviously too close for comfort. We were long distant at the time due to the pandemic. It got to a point where I’d get one text maybe every couple hours because he was hanging out with her. He kept saying they were just friends.
Until I saw a video on his story after going to the cinema with her, and she was literally twerking in his face in a empty cinema screen, and whilst he wasn’t touching her or anything, he was giggling behind the camera. I messaged him, blew up, he denied and kept saying it wasn’t him but his guy friend and he was sitting next to him. Yeah, right. I dumped him, and he insisted they were just friends and called me crazy and insecure. They literally started dating a couple of days after. I blocked him but found out through mutual friends that for 6 months that she rinsed him for all his money and put him into loads of debt as he paid for expensive dinners and gifts, then broke up with him when the money well dried up and that he had to move back in with his mother. He tried crawling back, but I never replied.

Ex fiancee was a special ed teaching assistant in the daytime, and would occasionally tutor my step mom’s nephew in the evening.
Turns out she was actually sleeping with step mom’s brother while she was there. We did not marry.
Met someone else and we now have 2 kids and have been married 14 years, so it worked out nicely in the end.

I knew a guy in the Army. He went on a 9 month deployment, came home to his wife 3 months pregnant. She actually tried to talk him out of breaking up. “I know it was wrong, please give me another chance. I’ll never do it again, i swear”. Whe he reminded her she was pregnant with someone else’s baby, he said, he’ll have nothing to do with the baby. He doesn’t even know I’m pregnant. If you ever loved me, I’m certain you can love my baby. I know you’d make a great father and will live the rest of my life doing everything I can to make you glad you gave me another chance.

My friend got pregnant at 20. Her bf was giving her the bare minimum or simply nothing. When she was 32, she asked her bf when he is gonna marry her. The guy always gave a vague answer. Also for 12 years or so, the bfs mum never wanted her and their daughter to move in with him/them.
She met the extended family which were allowed to move in with his bf and his family. One time, we had dinner with our friends, and when the issue of being engaged was brought to the table, the guy just said “go online and pick one so you’ll shut up!” The table went quiet and so did my friend who was red from being humiliated.
After all the speculation, apparently, the ‘niece and nephew’ who my friend brings gifts to, and the ‘cousin’ who she chats with whenever she brings her daughter to visit her bfs family, is the 2nd baby mama that was “accepted” by the bfs mum. The “niece and nephew” (bfs children with baby mama no.2) were like 2 and 6 that time. They have been living together for around 7 or 8 years together with their children.
Everyone in his family, including some of their common friends knew and just made my friend look stupid all those years. A lot of people on his side LIED to her and her daughter for more than a decade.
The moment she found out that a lot of people betrayed her, she had a mental breakdown and got depressed. Her family encouraged her to move to another place for a new environment, a new start. Luckily, with full on support and encouragement, she got better and eventually found a really good man who showered her and her daughter with a lot of love, affection and respect.
By the way, on one of my flights, i saw my friends “ex-bf”/baby daddy with another woman that is not the 2nd baby mama.
Just sharing this to encourage others that respecting yourself would bring so much good to your mental health and your life.

This was a friend of a friend of a friend type of deal. All names were fake.
Janet worked with Sally and they were good friends. Janet was married to Dave.
Eventually, Sally seduced Dave because… and this was effectively the quote: Sally thought that Janet and Dave were a very cute couple and she wanted something like that.
Janet “caught” the two of them when she suddenly developed symptoms of herpes.

Wife spent every night “gaming” with her male bestie. The plot twist landed when her husband silently handed her a screenshot from said bestie: “Babe, your hubby seems to buy it. He’s so gullible. Love you.” Turned out, “hubby” had been using her fingerprint to access her phone… and had been posing as her to chat with her best friend for a long while.

A girl I dated had quite the messed up family. The dad cheated on the mom and had another kid 6mos or so after my ex gf was born. No one knew about it until 13 years later when the baby mama passed and the cheater spawn came to live with my ex. The wife stayed married to him for some reason, but then cheated on him years later with my then gf’s then boyfriend, who was like 19 at the time. They stayed married through all that, and my then gf was still cool with the mom even after she stole the boyfriend. Not surprisingly, our relationship dissolved when I caught a guy texting her things that only get texted to someone you’ve been inside of before.

My then-gf was cheating on me, I found out, and took her out to this steakhouse in Chapel Hill she was begging me to take her. I let her order whatever she wanted, and she racked up a $389.00 bill. I told her I was going to the bathroom, but instead walked right out. I did tip the waiter on the way out and informed him that she was paying the bill. About 15 minutes into my return to the barracks at Ft. Bragg, my phone blew up with calls and nasty texts. I answered the 7th call and told her the guy she was sleeping with would be more than happy to cover the bill for her and pick her up (Chapel Hill was a good 2 1/2 hrs away from where she lived), then I hung up and blocked her. Getting cheated on sucked, but I dumped her before I did something stupid like propose to her – and I got a free steak out of it. I never slept so well, lol.

Last year the man (shouldn’t even call him that) I was with cheated on me and never thought i would find out. mind you we were together for 5 years at this point. he was sleeping one night and his phone constantly was blowing up. I never checked his phone before but for some reason i had a gut instinct to do it this night. luckily he’s a deep sleeper. i took his phone and ran to the bathroom and locked the door. the contact name was “bell”. is he that stupid. phone call after phone call in his call log. when i finally checked his messages with “bell” i seen dirty texts that i don’t even want to repeat. there was pictures but no faces included. but the background looked way too familiar..? i couldn’t remember where i’ve seen it before but i knew ive been there before. finally checked the physical number and went to send them a message off of my own phone.. when i tell you my jaw dropped to the floor when i realized i had this number in my contacts already. i was FLOORED. it was none other than my sister. she’s 19 years old i’m 25 and my then bf was 26. he’s been around for 5 years. he’s known her since she was 14. i don’t even know how long this is going on for mind you. none have given me any answers. YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDINGGGGG. let’s just say i’ve never spoken to her again after a nice lil chat. both of them denied it completely to my family. after i told my parents what happened they didn’t believe me and now think im absolutely insane.

I found out my now ex-husband cheated on me on, of all days, my birthday. I had gone out of town to spend the weekend with my sister and nephew, and the plan was we were going to go out to my favorite restaurant to celebrate on Monday after he got home from work. I was just lounging around, playing on my tablet, waiting for him, and an email notification popped up. The dummy forgot he had linked up his email on my tablet as well, and I, totally unsuspecting, not trying to snoop or anything was just thinking, “Oh, an email!” So I opened it, and there it was… It was from some girl he met up with from Craigslist talking about how much fun she had and could they get together again.
I called my BFF, who immediately came over and helped me pack as much as we could carry, and I left that night. I just texted, “I saw the emails, I know what you did.”
But as they say, “Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.” Ex-husband was an immigrant from a 3rd world country. He was on a visa, and we hadn’t yet started the paperwork for his citizenship. As soon as the divorce was finalized, I may have anonymously notified his job that his visa was now invalid, and he was working illegally. And then I may have anonymously notified ICE that he was here illegally and trying to work illegally. He was deported.

Not my story, but I used to work with a woman who was married to her “high school sweetheart” and loved to present herself as perfect—perfect hair, perfect makeup, perfect clothes. But she was also incredibly judgmental and mean to a lot of people in the office. At times, she was an outright bully. She was the type of person that would look down at you for not shopping at the most expensive stores (most of my office clothes came from Target and H&M and boy did she let me know about it).
Turns out, she had been having a years-long affair with our married director, who had three kids. She didn’t even try to hide it—everyone in the office knew. I once saw them making out passionately in the back of a bar. Others had seen them making out at work events in front of everybody. It took her husband months to realise what was going on. Eventually though he found out, and somehow she convinced him to agree to an open marriage. But after a while, he grew understandably uncomfortable with the arrangement.
So she and the married director decided to leave their spouses to be together. Here’s the twist: he actually went through with it. He ended his marriage and left his three kids, but she stayed with her husband. His wife cleaned him out—took the kids, the house, the money… everything.
And now, somehow, she’s a successful influencer here in Brisbane. She portrays herself as having the perfect family and a perfectly “authentic” life—but everyone who’s worked with her knows the truth. The only reason I would never identify her is because she is a mother now and it would destroy their family and her career. I can’t help but follow her social media and be constantly amazed at how fake someone can be.

Crossed paths with an ex after a few years NC. Started talking again but only as friends. After about a month of that, she starts being persistent about us getting back together. I actually turn her down. As time goes on she tells me shes in love with me and is sorry about the past, I was “the one that got away”, her “soulmate” and a bunch of other corny things that I fell for.
We get back together and only make it 3 weeks until she decides to invite an ex over and the night I get stuck doing mandatory overtime at work. She even admits they slept together but it wasnt her fault because she was feeling “hypersexual”. Right then are I break it off. No yelling or anything. Just lose my number, leave her place and block her.
Well since she cant be held accountable for anything she decides to post me all over social media (including Facebook groups) claiming I used to beat her and all these other lies. I found out from other people because I had her blocked but I was able to scroll through some of it on my friends account.

Heard this about someone I vaguely know in my hometown. Her boyfriend cheated on her, they broke up, but she let him stay in the house because he “had nowhere else to go” and she felt bad. Last I heard she was housing him AND his new girlfriend, i.e. the person who he cheated on her with, AND letting them use her car. I don’t know her well enough to reach out but it makes me want to fly over and kick them out myself.

Friends of my parents. They had two young kids and the husband was very successful. The wife starts an affair, he finds out, they try to work things out but she keeps the affair going on. They eventually split up and the affair partner finds out the husband’s email address and emails him a list of everything he’d done to his wife and where. The kicker is she’d already been married before and cheated on her first husband, with the same guy!

Dude was in the middle of a divorce with his wife of like 30 years. Around 50ish. Super contentious I was told. I couldn’t figure out why they were quibbling over a few thousand dollars when assets were like $1million. Guys gf comes in, who’s around 22-23, with a stroller with a baby that’s around 18 months old. I’m like, ok that makes sense, guy cheated and had a baby. After the meeting, I’m told the gf is his niece. As in his brother’s daughter. I just stared. Guy was a real pos.
