Our Installation Reacts To The Moves Of Its Viewers When They Walk In Water

Hi, we`re teamLab, a Tokyo-based interdisciplinary art collective! Basically, we`re a group of people in the digital society: artists, programmers, engineers, and much, much more. We call ourselves “ultra-technologists,” and our aim is to achieve balance between art, science, technology, and creativity.

We do this in lots of ways, but we wanted to show you some pictures from some of our most recent art installations in Tokyo. We`ve been working on immersive, interactive digital art – that means big pieces you can walk around in and control with your body, or sometimes with your smart phone. We hope you enjoy the pictures, and if you get the chance, check out an exhibition in person!
